This group will be meeting virtually until further notice, due to COVID-19.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation. Stemming from the Greek words ennea (nine) and grammos (a written symbol), the nine-pointed Enneagram symbol represents nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. Each Enneagram type has a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview. Learning about these patterns fosters greater understanding through a universal language that transcends gender, religion, nationality and culture. While we are all unique, we share common experiences.
Working with the Enneagram is an “inside job” that begins with you determining your own type, and then exploring ever-deepening personal and/or professional development. Extraordinarily precise, the Enneagram also helps you create healthier relationships and provides tools to work through conflicts. Integrating psychology, spirituality and somatics, the dynamic Enneagram Narrative Approachoffers you unique and transformative opportunities to engage with this powerful tool!
Join us at 7pm, via Zoom, every other Friday evening as we creatively explore the wisdom of the Enneagram.
We’ll view topics through the different Enneagram lenses, using the narrative tradition approach to guide the conversation and learning process.
Our time together will include a guided mindfulness exercise, relevant topical discussion, and a time of Q&A.
This is an open group, facilitated by Wayne Randolph, all are welcome! If you are familiar with your Ennea-type and you would like to participate, register for this group and join us in our efforts to make the world a more compassionate place! If you are unfamiliar with the Enneagram or with your Ennea-type, or you have a friend that would like to grow in self-awareness and self-compassion, register anyway and Wayne will be in touch with some introductory info.
